Peru Andean Views will respond to this claim or complaint within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with current regulations.
If an extension is required, it will be duly communicated to the consumer within the legal timeframe.

The submission of a claim or complaint in this Complaints Book does not prevent the consumer from seeking other dispute resolution mechanisms, including filing a complaint with INDECOPI or other competent authorities.

This Complaints and Claims Book is available to consumers in physical and/or virtual format, as applicable.
